- Taking care of yourself physically (getting enough sleep at night, eating well, exercising...)
- Taking care of yourself mentally (practicing your reading, practicing your math facts, exercising your brain...)
- Taking care of your school work (doing your homework, finishing your work, focusing on your work...)
- Taking care of yourself in school and in class (listening in class, helping yourself learn, participating in class...)
